We understand that sometimes returns and exchanges are necessary. We want to make sure we process your return or exchange in a timely manner. Please follow the instructions below to ensure we have all your proper information.
- Product must not show evidence of wear and the original tags must be attached.
- Items must be returned within 60 days of receiving your order.
- Returns or Exchanges lacking Return Authorization Form (download here) will not be accepted by our returns warehouse and will be returned to the customer. Your confirmation number will be the same number as your order number. Regardless of where your original order was shipped from, please make sure you send your return to:

- Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable and exchanges may incur additional shipping charges. The shipping carrier you choose to return your package is your choice. Yet, we recommend you send back your package through a carrier such as UPS or FedEx that allows you to track your returning package.
- Allow 2-4 weeks for your return or exchange to be processed. It may be sooner. As soon as your return or exchange is processed you will receive an email confirmation.
- You may not return Internet purchases to one of our stores. Currently, the only way we can accept Internet returns is for you to ship the product directly back to our Returns Department C/O Skip’s Western Outfitters DBA HarleyDavidsonBoots.com, 300 North State Road 415, Osteen, FL 32764. Please also keep in mind that our inventory fluctuates rapidly and frequently sizes are not available.
